God is so good! It was wonderful to be in Uganda for three whole weeks. The time was spent visiting friends and families in Kirinda Village. We are so grateful for God has done in this place. Kids Care Ministry is flourishing! The children at Timothy Home have grown and look wonderful! Thank you so much Ssempa Peter and Ruth and all of the staff at Kids Care Primary School and Timothy Home for your continued faithfulness and dedication to children who are in need.
We were so happy to have Jenny McPhail, Terry Bryan, and Rosalind Rose join us at Kids Care and Timothy Home in the middle of July. It was so wonderful to see their beautiful ministry to children and single women blossom. They brought joy and delight to children through the numerous crafts and activities. As a small group, they were flexible, hard working and doing whatever was needed. They put together a file cabinet for medical files, touched up the buildings with paint, took photos and brought hundreds of pounds of gifts for children. Red Lodge Alliance Chapel also donated funds that were used to purchase sound equipment and a keyboard to the delight of all. These three women sponsor 10 children! WOW!!
The Believer’s World Outreach Team from the U.S. led by Debbie Tietsort, brought twenty three amazing people to Masaka at the end of July. This wonderful team provided medical care for over 800 people. They held a Rise and Shine Women’s Conference we did health talks and education on breastfeeding, water safety and hygiene. It was a great success. We had a Q & A time with the women also. The team also blessed the children of Timothy Home with a beautiful and uplifting celebration. Dr. Erica Koeppen helped set up medical files for all of the children at the Timothy Home.
We thank the Lord for bringing these teams to Masaka, Uganda. An entire generation of children will be forever impacted by the love that was displayed here this summer. Thank you so much for your service!
